We communicate directly with city inspectors, utilities, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination. Regulated
Baldr handles full meter applications from start to finish, covering electricity, water, and gas meter sets. This includes all the same support offered in deregulated projects—except supplier communication—since our team works directly with the utilities to ensure everything is processed accurately and on time.
Bill Audit
With Baldr, utility bills are sent directly to us instead of the construction company, reducing administrative headaches. A shared drive provides full visibility, while our team audits and prorates invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation. We track meter data—including dates, amounts, and usage—on an ongoing basis and deliver detailed monthly reports. For added convenience, we also offer optional ACH payment processing with your approval.
